The UniCredit European Works Council and the Central Management designed the first workshop on Industrial Relations, Social Dialogue and Cooperation, as planned in the constitutional Agreement (26th January 2007), with the aim to strengthen the social dialogue in the Group.
The Workshop is partially financed by the European Commission.
UEWC, Holding, UniManagement and Life Long Learning Center carried on the project whose peculiar characteristic is to involve both EWC members and H.R managers of Group, in order to deepen tasks and role of the EWC institution, awareness of the different histories, cultures and industrial relations backgrounds, knowledge of the European framework protocols of social dialogue.
For this purposes the event will provide:
- a round table on European Social Dialogue with the participation of Mr. Giancarlo Durante (European Banking Federation) and Mr. Oliver Roethig (UNI Europe Finance Responsible);
- a round table on EWC experiences which members of two other EWC will be involved in (KBC and KLM-Air France, both to be confirmed);
- a training session on EWC.
Mr. Dieter Rample, Chairman of the Group, will open the Workshop on March 5th.

Il CAE di UniCredit e il Central Management hanno organizzato il primo workshop sulle Relazioni Industriali, il Dialogo Sociale e la Cooperazione, come previsto dall’accordo istitutivo firmato il 26 gennaio 2007, con l’intento di rafforzare il dialogo sociale nel Gruppo.
Il workshop ha ottenuto un contributo finanziario da parte della Commissione Europea.
Il CAE, la Holding, UniManagement e il Life Long Learning Center hanno collaborato al progetto che ha come sua particolarità la partecipazione sia dei componenti del CAE che dei responsabili Human Resources del Gruppo in Europa. Tra gli scopi del progetto c’è quello di approfondire il ruolo e gli obbiettivi del CAE, prendere coscienza delle differenti culture anche per quanto riguarda le relazioni industriali, conoscere come è strutturato il dialogo sociale in Europa.
A questo scopo il workshop prevede:
- una tavola rotonda sul Dialogo Sociale Europeo con la partecipazione di Giancarlo Durante (European Banking Federation) e Oliver Roethig (UNI Europe Finance Responsible);
- una tavola rotonda sulle esperienza di altri due differenti CAE, (KBC e KLM-Air France , entrambi in attesa di conferma);
- una specifica sessione formativa sul CAE.
