Ai colleghi di UBIS Italia in sciopero
UniCredit vuole con il suo progetto Newton esternalizzare ovvero vendere attraverso una Joint Venture oltre 2.200 colleghi. Di fronte a ciò i colleghi di UBIS in Italia hanno indetto lo sciopero. In Germania vige il cosiddetto „obbligo di pace“, ovvero il sindacato Ver.di non può proclamare lo sciopero. Innumerevoli I lavoratori del gruppo UniCredit in Germania e il loro sindacato ver.di appoggiano con piena solidarietà i colleghi italiani. Già nelle settimane passate hanno aderito in numero massiccio alle azioni di protesta organizzate dal sindacato ver.di e lo faranno anche il giorno dello sciopero.
Noi lo sappiamo: Voi scioperate anche per noi!
Negli ultimi anni molti lavoratori hanno dovuto sperimentare che:
– L’Outsourcing è contro i lavoratori!
– L’Outsourcing abbassa la qualità!
– L’Outsourcing è economicamente insensato!
Anche noi chiediamo:
– Basta Outsourcing
– Basta Joint Venture
– No alla riduzione del personale
– No al peggioramento delle condizioni di lavoro

An die streikenden KollegInnen der UBIS in Italien
Die UniCredit will mit dem Projekt Newton über 2.200 Kolleginnen und Kollegen outsourcen bzw. über ein Joint Venture verkaufen. Die UBIS-KollegInnen in Italien streiken deswegen. In Deutschland herrscht Friedenspflicht, d.h., die Gewerkschaft ver.di darf nicht zu einem Streik aufrufen.
Die Beschäftigten der UniCreditgroup in Deutschland und ihre Gewerkschaft ver.di stehen aber voller Solidarität hinter den italienischen KollegInnen. Sie sind bereits in den letzten Wochen den Aufrufen der Gewerkschaft ver.di zu Protestaktionen in unübersehbarer Weise gefolgt und werden dies auch am Streiktag tun.
Wir wissen: Ihr streikt auch für uns!
Viele Beschäftigte haben in den letzten Jahren erfahren müssen:
– Outsourcing ist mitarbeiterfeindlich!
– Outsourcing senkt die Qualität!
– Outsourcing ist wirtschaftlicher Unsinn!
Auch wir fordern:
– Schluss mit Outsourcing
– Schluss mit Joint Venture
– keinen Personalabbau
– keine Verschlechterung der Arbeitsbedingungen.

To the striking colleagues of UBIS in Italy
UniCredit plans with the project Newton to outsource over 2,200 colleagues and sell through a joint venture. The UBIS-colleagues in Italy are going to strike against it. In Germany there is peace obligation, that means that our union Verdi is not allowed to call a strike.
Workers at unicreditgroup in Germany and there trade union Verdi are standing with full solidarity behind the Italian colleagues. Already in recent weeks, the calls to the Verdi trade union protests followed in countless ways and will continue to do the day of the strike.
We know: you are striking also for us!
Many workers have experienced in recent years:
• outsourcing is hostile to employees!
• Outsourcing lowers the quality!
• Outsourcing is economic nonsense!

• no staff reduction
• No deterioration of working conditions.
